Are You OK?
Why are we reluctant to accept virtual worlds as an extension of our physical space? Virtual spaces are merely the materialization of what has been familiar to us for a long time: telepresence. Thus, presence in virtual worlds has also an impact. People inhabit space and with this they change the physical environment they live in and they create unique individual and collective experiences.
ARE YOU OK? Aims to expose and illustrate that the gap between the physical and virtual worlds can be removed. The space where audiences experience the avatar point of view, as it navigates art in Second Life, and the place where they are watching the art becomes one.
