I had to amend this post because:

WOOO HOOOO
WOOOOoooo! the new tower has arrived! It will eventually have its own eyeball avatar that people in estonia will use to watch your art along with the eyeball from brooklyn. Come to the sim and get your picture with two eyeballs cause it won’t exist for long. The real tower is so much better than the my silly fake version:

For Immediate Release:

Brooklyn is Watching will be temporarily expanded to include “Estonia is Watching” with a physical venue at “Art Container“, and artspace in Tallinn, Estonia run by the world renowned Avant-garde art group Non Gratta.

Where:

Ülase 16 / Madara 22, Tallinn, Estonia Map

When:

Saturday October 4, 7pm - midnight Tallinn (9am SLT - 1pm SLT) DANCE PARTY!
Sunday October 5, Noon - 4pm Tallin (2am SL 6am SLT)

What:

Visitors to the art space in Tallinn, Estonia will be able see the Brooklyn is Watching space in SL on a large screen and be able to pilot their own avatar around the sim to interact with virtual art just like visitors to Jack the Pelican can, as part of an international film and art festival that will draw art luminaries from all over Europe.

We’ll have a new tower that says Estonia is Watching, and in case you’re wondering about Estonia, they are calling it “E-Stonia” these days because its one of the most technologically advanced countries in Europe. I expect to have a very astute crowd there to look at your art.

Put your best art forward, SL!

HEY i’m here! in estonia– i’ll be setting up the projection in a few hours- just tested the estonian eyeball, and he’s working fine. There’s a fantastic vibe here in this converted soviet-era plastic factory turned art space with a crazy international crew of artists of every possible description getting ready for the big party tonight
