“I think it’s A vegetarian message” lol

“Brooklyn Is Watching” (BIW) (in SL to find on the Popcha Sim) is a mixed RL/SL project. SL-artists can present free of charge their sculptures on the Sim, these works of art are then also in the RL on to 52 a tariff monitor into the “Jack the Pelican Presents” gallery in Brooklyn to see New York.

It concerns thus in the RL the art to bring to the gallery visitors in Second Life somewhat more near to strike as it were a bridge between RL and SL-art. Everyone for an SL-artist holds itself can the Popcha Sim its things unload, which are then discussed in regular intervals in the BIW blog and in a audio Podcast.

When I visited the SL-presence of the project recently, it itched me naturally directly in the fingers times to try out, those let which really go through as art. I produced thus from the bar hoar frost from three Freebies – the burning “Galaxy Cow”, a BBQ grill and an opened Pizzaschachtel – my own small work of art.

That was natural rather a Jux, I not really went out of the fact that would stop there things. However in the meantime to my work of art (the official name is by the way “DEAD cow heats pizza on BBQ grill”) its own Blog entry dedicates itself with BIW and also in its current Podcast-22 discusses the connoisseurs of the subject quite controversially my “art” *lol*. Jay Van Buren comes thereby to the following estimate:

“but there acres of times dear reader…. when i doubt. I lake A Cow… i lake A BBQ grill…. and A… pizza. and i have doubts and i say…. “seriously?” now incoming goods had A good little discussion about this in podcast 22 which is coming soon – did i mention that? – it and Don said he felt it had A child OF “felt necessity” that… as kind people like ton say “worked”.

But ME? I’m giving this one the acre YOU JUST FuckinG With ME?! award for the week. But then again between Don and ME… one OF US owns A very successful kind gallery and one OF US don’t in such a way. there you go. Thoughts Anyone?” (BIW blog, 08.08.08)

While the good Jay checks up and suspects me thus has the fact that my art contribution cannot be meant so completely serious is there not completely so convinced other discussion participants such as Jays colleague Don Carroll and interprets wild around, what the intention behind my art could be *rofl*.

Is my Message perhaps a vegetarian? A kind protest against the meat consumption? But the cow is under the grill, not on it. And which is there actually everything on the Pizza? Perhaps my Message is deduced from a more exact analysis of the surface. My SL-profiles systematically is even taken apart, in order to find out, what would like to probably express my art ^_^.

Who would like itself to give speculation in complete length, can download itself the Podcast as mp3 on brooklyniswatching.com. However the group discusses one hour and my “work of art” is only one under many. My “art” part concerned is between 55:11 to 59:28, thus if necessary simply forward-winds; -). It is worthwhile itself, however because of the numerous, desperate attempts names already mean to express correctly *lol*.

I quote “My “art” part concerned is between 55:11 to 59:28″ That’s so deep, so religious.

Dekka, i’m glad to find another machine translation poetry fan.. indeed it is deep.

I actually loved this Peace when Eye saw it, even if the creator says it is a Hoax. The Hoax in my opinion has transcended itself to Heart, a beautiful juxtaposition of found Peaces, long live Cash from Chaos.

Something to say?
