Jeepers Creepers!

Purple Creature

This piece titled “Caterpillar” by Jurin Juran makes me thank the heavens we aren’t invaded by such beings. After looking at this, I started thinking about the whole metamorphosis evolution chain and wondered how people would fall into this idea. Very cool indeed. Stop by and check out all the beautiful detail on it’s face, it’s truly insect-tastic.

I think this is what i had referred to the ‘retarded caterpillar’ - which i said without thinking of course before realizing how much work had obviously gone into it. It reminds me a little bit of a creature that i saw destroying a clothing store in SL- well frozen in the act of breaking in. Anyone know what i’m talking about? I can’t remember where this was exactly. oh, you know what? it was a skin store actually. God that sounds weird when i say it outloud. That was much more scary because it was so unexpected- I think i’d like this one more if it was interacting with the landscape er… ‘landscape’ more like the hedge or something. See the hat

Um… no. This was not created by Jurin Juran. It was created by Masterful Escape. IMO, the most important aspect of this creation rests with the sculpties, an “art-ful” application that requires quite a bit of skill. Also worth noting, it was one of the first sculptie sculptures, and therefore has some historical reference. Bye!
